Eric has more than 30 years of travel industry experience and undertook various Management and Leadership roles within our Operational Centers at American Express Global Business Travel. These included Implant Supervisor, Implant Manager, Service Delivery & Relationship Leader and Regional Manager Implants. Eric moved into Account Management in December 2003. From 2003 to 2008 Eric was responsible for a portfolio of Multinational customers in the Benelux from various industry sectors i.e. Industrial, Transport Services, Retail, Automotive and Technology.
In 2008, Eric joined GCG and has carried Global account management responsibilities over Strategic customers with their Headquarters in Europe.
In February 2015 Eric got promoted to Director in GCG and is managing a portfolio of GCG customers with his team.
Eric has built a long track record in developing long term strategic account plans with his customers to ensure that our value added services are being delivered and global travel program objectives are being achieved. Eric key skills include communication, relationship building, customer oriented with a solutions focused approach, complimented with a strong operational and know-how background within the Travel Industry.
